Ladybud Productions was established in 2011, by Irish actress and writer Amy De Bhrún.

AMY DE BHRÚN - Writer / Actress
Amy moved to London at the age of nineteen, to pursue her actor training. She works consistently between the UK and Ireland and is currently playing the role of 'Steph Corbett in LINE OF DUTY (BBC), 'Veronica' in BRIDGET &EAMON (RTE), ‘Adele’ in CORONATION STREET (ITV) and ‘Jarl Hrolf’ in VIKINGS.
Last year, she appeared in the new JASON BOURNE movie, alongside Matt Damon, Alicia Vikander and Tommy Lee Jones.
Notable TV/Film credits include: THE CURED, END OF SENTENCE, THE CROWN AND THE DRAGON, THE SOUTH BANK SHOW (ITV), CASUALTY (BBC), THE STAG, JIMI - ALL IS BY MY SIDE, PENNY DREADFUL and BRIDGET &EAMON (RTE), award winning short film GRIDLOCK and music videos for KODALINE (All I Want).
She was nominated for Best Writing and Best Performance at the Kinsale Shark Awards 2016 and the Rising Star ‘Discovery’ Award at the Audi Dublin International Film Festival 2017. Most recently, she was awarded Commended for her Radio adaptation of "Til Death We Part" at the BBC International Radio Playwriting Competition 2018.
An accomplished writer – her short film AFTER received the Filmbase Funding Award and went into production January 2014, in which Amy played the female lead role.
Her One-Woman Theatre shows (of which there are six) have been performed across Ireland, London, Los Angeles and New York City to critical acclaim and her new show “I SEE YOU”, inspired by the life of forgotten Irish trailblazer Lady Mary Heath, premiered in Dublin in May 2018.
HILLARY DZIMINSKI - Freelance Producer
Hillary is best known for her work as Creative Producer for Dublin-based theatre company The Corps Ensemble and has produced a number of full productions and work-in-progress showings.
The company’s New Writing Nights have led to production of two brand-new, original plays by Dublin playwrights (The Fetch Wilson by Stewart Roche, Close to the Sun by Philip Doherty) which she produced for the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and Dublin Fringe Festival respectively.
As a freelance producer she has worked on a number of plays, short films, and dance theatre.
Hillary has also been writing in various formats since she was able to hold a pen and recently had her play 'Bones Of This Place' presented as a rehearsed reading at The New Theatre; she is continuing development of the piece with The Corps Ensemble.
She is currently pursuing an MFA in Playwriting at The Lir National Academy of Dramatic Art.
